We are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer a lifetime warranty on everything we sell.

Each warranty claim is processed individually once the warranty details (below) have been emailed through. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response once your email has been submitted.

We will replace any manufacturing defect or workmanship defect — including materials, fastenings, seams, construction and finish — on all of our products, free of charge.

Please note — the term "lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not yours or ours.

We do not cover:

1. Sun damage or weather-related deterioration from prolonged exposure
2. Accidental damage (burns, animal damage, impact damage)
3. Improper care or misuse of the product
4. Normal wear and tear

How to Make a Warranty Claim

• Order number
• Your name
• Photos clearly showing the issue with your product
