Shipping policy

Processing Time: All orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST will be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 10-12 business days from dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Issues: If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@rovasupply.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.
